Hi, I'm Christiy.
I'm looking for a group to play D&D with, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to say here. I've been rejected by groups before, cause of being a girl, and the whole "cooties" issue, so only contact me if you are past that stage, K? Other than that, I'll respond to any one who takes the time to send me a message.

HI and welcome to Pen & Paper Games. Have you tried the Player Registry (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17) and the Campaign Invitations forum (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17)?

Welcome to the community! For finding players the Player Registry (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/memberlist.php) is an invaluable tool and for recruiting players as a DM the Campaign Invitations (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17) forum is perfect. Please join us in on any of the various topics being discussed in the forums. For best results taking the initiative to contact players in your area should greatly increase your chances of finding others to game with. Many players are in groups that have openings but since they aren't the GM they don't go out of their way to recruit new players for the game. I wish you the best of luck in finding gaming bliss in the near future.

I would love to have more female gamers! The last two I played with were such natural role players, it was amazing. Unfortunately, the last four girls all left due to dating issues with other players. I think an old married DM like me should make a new houserule: No dating other players.
Anyway...
Welcome aboard. I wish you luck in your search! :)

I actually fear non-pnp party dating. When I get groups together locally I am going to have just boys or just girls when possible. It wont be law but I just think it would flow better.

welcome! i, for one, am not female gamer phobic. =D i've always had a more enjoyable time when there were females gaming in the group. my last in-person group actually had females outnumbering the males some weeks.
don't forget to explore your online pnp gaming options as well!
again, welcome to the forum. nice to meet you. the kitty is pleased.
