The new rulebook for D&D Miniatures has been posted online, and we imagine you have more than a few questions. To this end, we cornered Stephen Schubert and forced him to reveal the secrets of DDM!

THIS is what I'm talkin' about, WotC! Decent bits of info on design aspects, playing the game, changes to the game from Vintage to Standard, and a tiny tease on some of the new stuff coming out (can't wait to get that Tomb Guardian). :D

I think I am going to look into playing the next minis tournament at the local game shop!

More quality information. Seems like press for 4E is becoming more and more revealing as they get closer to the launch. This is very pleasant indeed :D

I will say the one gripe, and I do understand why they did it, is suckin' up to the RPGers (obviously their bnb, but I'm more of a wargamer type) with the rules set. If someone wants the minis to rpg with, I'd say they don't give two pennies about the game, and the peeps who purchase it for the "tactical strategy fantasy" aspect don't give a hoot about the rpg angle.

Just had to get that off my chest. I really don't care that much. Just enough to cough it out here on PnP.
