Seems like a bad attempt to subdue the massive amounts of questions they probably receive every day. Doubt this "article" achieved anything :rolleyes:

hmmm. i submit a fair amount of questions to the ask wizards site. i even get helpful answers sometimes. ^^ they are pretty picky about what they will answer, however. they are fond of throwing it back onto your dm, for example.
