Welcome to the forum Howeird
I would avoid posting my email address in any forum if I were you. It's like sending the message "target me" to spammers around the world. People may always join you by Private Message anyway !

what does you little saying mean?
If I assume right and it's french....the web says it means
What it went therefore to do in this galère
or...
That it was therefore going to make in this galley
or maybe...
What is to be done in the galley
so in short...I have no clue:D

It's a quote from Les Fourberies de Scapin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Les_Fourberies_de_Scapin) of Molière. The guy is one of French most played theater Author. I wouldn't compare him to Shakespeare, considering for instance that he only wrote comedy. But he managed to play for the King of France which was quite a miracle for lowly comedians in XVIIth century. The quote itself means "But what was he doing in that galley ?" and reminds one of the famous scene where Scapin the deceitful valet manages to convince a Father that his son has been recruited on a galley. Since that play "galere" has become synonymous with trouble or a bad plan.

Welcome to the community! For finding players the Player Registry (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/memberlist.php) is an invaluable tool and for recruiting players as a DM the Campaign Invitations (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17) forum is perfect. Please join us in on any of the various topics being discussed in the forums. For best results taking the initiative to contact players in your area should greatly increase your chances of finding others to game with. Many players are in groups that have openings but since they aren't the GM they don't go out of their way to recruit new players for the game. I wish you the best of luck in finding gaming bliss in the near future.
