I have the PDF (picked it up Thursday for Sunday's game, just in case).

More weapons, runner gear, manatech, chemistry, drugs, toxins, explosives, more vehicles and drones, and even a section on modifying gear and vehicles. There's a section on martial arts, alternate combat rules (more complex), and finally at the end, a table of equipment with page numbers both in this book and references to equipment in the core book.

The gang over on Dumpshock have been beating it up so there's going to be an errata for sure :)

I followed the link from http://www.shadowrun4.com to the link I posted. When I went to BattleCorps to buy the PDF, I couldn't figure out where it was. I had to go back to Shadowrun4 to follow the link again.
