I came here after P&P was mentioned ona WotC board.
I'm a little early though, I just got a new work position and won't know for a few weeks what my new schedule will be like, but I'm excited to meet new gamers and start playing again. My last group had numerous problems with scheduling, and finally called it quits.
I generally prefer to GM, but am interested in playing some more to gain new insight.
I'll flesh out my profile when I'm able to pin down my availability.

I started in middle school with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and tried many other games, D&D (1st, Adv, 2nd) WEG Star Wars, Earthdawn, and more recently D&D 3.5. My group and I were playing Savage Worlds: Rippers, and I was gearing up to run a Star Wars SAGA campaign, when things went sideways.

Anyways, I look forward to corresponding with many of you, and to eventually get some gaming in!

For finding players the Player Registry (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/memberlist.php) is an invaluable tool and for recruiting players as a DM the Campaign Invitations (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17) forum is perfect. Please join us in on any of the various topics being discussed in the forums. For best results taking the initiative to contact players in your area should greatly increase your chances of finding others to game with. Many players are in groups that have openings but since they aren't the GM they don't go out of their way to recruit new players for the game. I wish you the best of luck in finding gaming bliss in the near future.
