hehe...I'm excited! I just purchased a copy of the Space Patrol RPG from eBay.

This was written by Michael Scott Kurtick and Rockland Russo, and it was published by Gamescience in 1977.

It was later revised and re-released as the Star Patrol RPG in 1980 (1st ed.) and in 1982 (2nd ed.).

This is a great addition to my RPG collection, but for some reason my wife is just not as excited as I am about this purchase. :D

That is cool, indeed. I guess I have to start watching ebay again.

Thanks guys! I am quite pleased that I was able to pick this up. I usually get out bid in the last few seconds. I haven't set up those bidding bots.

When it comes to bidding at the last second I always trust Bidnapper (http://bidnapper.com/) to get the job done. It bids for you in the last few seconds, requires no software on your part, and you can add auctions very quickly to it. It is extremely cheap compared to the other pay services ($18 for a year) and you get a two week free trial. I highly recommend it.

So what's the game like?

Hmmmm... I remember that game. I remember terrible artwork and a clunky system. I remember laughing that labial movement was one of the means of locomotion.
