Will it be possible for DMs to create their own monsters and races in 4E? Do you plan on providing some guidelines on how to do it?

More room to be creative eh? I'll be interested in seeing what they mean... with 3.5 templates, monsters as characters, and advancement, there was plenty of room for creativity. I'd like to see how they top that.

The monster manual comes with crayons so you can draw your own monsters.:D

You should be able to create a poll with a new thread nijineko. I was creating polls before I became a moderator :). The poll creation section should be directly under the submit button for the posting section. If you'd like me to create one though just drop me a PM with the title of the poll and what you want each question to be. I will copy and paste them into a poll for you ;)
