I think it was a nice attempt but the format of the templates bugs me.

I thought it was great. It gave me lots of ideas how to create good templates for my players. I am not using 250 pts so I have to tone them down a bit. But as a resource for those used to D&D I feel it's fantastic to have.

Honestly I would have to read through it again for specifics but I have never liked the way GURPS writes their templates. For example Traveller with the pick 30pts of advantages from the following list of 50. They just seam like a jumbled mess compared with the high quality layout found through out the rest of may GURPS books.
