Private Messaging Restrictions

In order to deter spammers from abusing the Pen & Paper private message system, new members may only send up to 10 PMs per day and may not use the send email feature at all. This restriction will be lifted after the member has posted in the forums at least once and has been a member for over thirty days.

For the 10 they can send a day, is there a limit to the amount of recipients that each PM can be sent to?
