Darth Varder, as of the beginning of Episode VI. As in all versions, the useless Dark Side Adept Talent has been removed. Other notes: although he is a Djem So practitioner, I decided to forego the Talent. He begins his career as a Scoundrel, a young boy. Vader is now a Tech Specialist, and his lightsaber is heavily modified. His Soldier level reflects his time fighting alongside the Clone Army (and nets armor proficiency).

Djem So rationale: he is not so much a master of one style as a student of all styles, particularly due to his sparring with Kenobi. He is at least as much a pilot as he a duelist. Further, his Djem So as a Dark Lord incorporates Sith techniques. Finally, the Talent is simply less central to his portrayal in the films.

Starting as a Scoundrel: A few less hit points, an extra couple of skills, specifically his Knowledges. As a bonus, PBS works in starship combat, giving him his customary close-and-blast style.

Starships of the Galaxy: If you're using starship maneuvers, remove Rapid Strike and replace it with Starship Tactics. He knows I Have You Know, Skywalker Loop, and Target Lock.

Looks good. Are you using him in a campaign or just doing it for kicks?

I am statting out the fight between Vader, Sidious, and Luke from Return of the Jedi. I'll have my stats for them soon. I don't like Luke being 11th level in RotJ like he is statted in the SECR.

I guess my rationale is to get inside the system and see if I can understand how to make it do Star Wars. I was dissatisfied with the book stats, which to me seem to be poorly conceived in a number of minor respects.
