Hi my name is Tim. I love playing AD@D. It's been a while since I have been in a real challenging game. I usually play a cleric/rogue, but I'm looking to play different types of roles. I'm looking to be a player only. I'm 45 and slightly disablied. I'm willing to drive as many as 50 miles round trip. I am also looking for a game that is 50-50 battle and thinking to get out a situation. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Tim

Welcome aboard Timothy Floyd. You still out there?
I would probably send a message via email, as many people do not have email notification turned on. Good luck to you both. :)

Hello and welcome to the boards. I hope you are able to find a local group. I am looking for players for an AD&D (2e) group, but unfortunately you are not close at all. I would suggest doing a search on this site. You can set a distance that you are able to travel.

Welcome to the community! For finding players the Player Registry (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/memberlist.php) is an invaluable tool and for recruiting players as a DM the Campaign Invitations (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=17) forum is perfect. Please join us in on any of the various topics being discussed in the forums. For best results taking the initiative to contact players in your area should greatly increase your chances of finding others to game with. Many players are in groups that have openings but since they aren't the GM they don't go out of their way to recruit new players for the game. I wish you the best of luck in finding gaming bliss in the near future.
