A general rpg thread

Could there be a general RPG subforum? I understand the desire to break these things up and all, what to avoid flames and such, but there is NOTHING like a general free for all rpg subforum

Anyway, I thought the Generic/Universal forum was the "general" forum....

well... it is general for everything. I mean general for RPGs.

The General Chatter (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=38) forum is for both non-gaming related chat and general RPG discussion not related to a particular RPG or genre. It's grouped under the Player Portal, so it might be a little counter intuitive. I'll think about how we could do this one better.

How about things like?:

General Roleplay - in the gaming section

General Off Topic - in the player portal

Just so we are clear. The subtitle of the General area reads:

'This forum is for general topics not related to roleplaying, or topics not about any particular game or genre.'

This seems to be no longer true or generally ignored. Maybe its just worded clumsily.
