I think a junior member refers to how many posts/how long someone has been on this site, I don't think age has anything to do with it.

Junior member just means you have less than 50 posts, then you become a "member" until you get elderly like me. :p

Then you become a Spammer or Geriatric member when you get as high as Ed.

How "high" I am at this moment is of no concern to you.
This is Vermont, and we're tolerant of such things.

You rock Ed. Now, is that a ferret in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

I get antsy between patients, start reading stuff, comment on it, and try to live vicariously through the rest of yall. I'm sure you could do the same, I mean, we're all here because we have something in common to talk about. It's not like we're at a bar walking up to some chick and starting cold. So jump in man, tell us stories about how person X did something really stupid in your game so we can all laugh about it.

On another note, I've been thinking about changing up those titles. Any ideas?

Do a quarterly theme change to meet different game types. Fantasy, then Supers, then Mecha, then Vampire, etc.

therpgsite.com (another vBulletin forum) has a thing where you can choose your class and then your levels reflect your class.

..what about types of dice? As an extension of the "I-post-waaaay-too-much" title? :D It's a bit of a universal concept, so it could work across the various forums.

The really high end posters should get something like d1000 or more!;)

Use the D&D level system, with the number of posts being the experience points (with tree zeros dropped). A participant with 100 posts would be 14th level.
Yeah... it's a stupid idea, forgetaboutit.

Actually Ed, that sounds pretty sweet.

I think picking a class from 1e and using the level names would be sooo sweet. Like the Monk class with the various wind masters and the Grand master of flowers. I am getting all gushy just thinking about it!
On another note, I think I will have to stop posting before I reach 50 posts. I would love to relive my youth.

Actually, that would be pretty cool. Gosh we are nerds. Gosh, I just said gosh!
I like the level and class idea the best. Thats my vote!

Didn't I suggest that in another thread somewhere???? Can't remember if it was this board or another now. As the BDay nears, my mem fades even more.

It was just lobbying for X, Y, or Z. We're more like a controlled monarchy.

Wait...doesn't that mean Farcaster is just a puppet monarch then? That makes the moderators the House of Lords right? So in reality we control the boards and Farcaster just presides over events a couple times a year.

That kind of talk is going to force him to show us his TRUE power.
