View Full Version : Old School Styled Game

I'm looking for 4-5 players to start an old school styled game (0e/1e-esque). I live in South County near Lemay Ferry and Butler Hill road. I will be using the www.roll20.com (http://www.roll20.com) website for some online game management as well as being able to do online one-offs with with Google+ if players want to. The game would be held on Monday nights from 7pm to ~11pm. I'm using the Basic Fantasy RPG, which is a free download on their website (www.basicfantasy.org (http://www.basicfantasy.org)) or you can purchase the core rules on amazon for $5. I also use ton of the supplements they have for a wide range of character possibilities. I use a roll method for each attribute, but if the result is not a net +1 on attributes I allow the player to take a standard array of 13, 12, 11, 10, 09, 08 (which is a decent character for BFRPG game). I really love the simplicity of the game/system. I would be running a sandbox styled campaign with a big-bad to defeat in a homebrew world. I usually don't start a campaign without hearing from players on what they are interested in.

Hit me up! :)

Hello, I wasn't introduced to D&D until I went to JobCorps, and then I was nearly a daily player with a campaign there, but that was 3.5e, so honestly I don't know how different 0e or 1e is, but I just thought I'd point out that there is already a 3.x edition rp recruiting if you are interested in joining. We do need more people then just me and the DM.
