4th edition play by post successes?

Hello everybody, its been a long time.

I was just wondering, has anyone any stories or ways to make 4th ed pbp more successful?

I know its a vague question, but I am thinking of starting up a 4th edition pbp game and was looking for ways to make it run smoothly and quickly with minimum delays. I'm fairly new to the system(but Ive been DMing for around 6 years now in 3.5, WoD and various other systems) and am looking for advice to better myself before I begin.

So do you guys have any advice for me on how to run 4th edition in a pbp format?

refer to the pbp game unquiet lands on here. The DM has expectations and such. Due to real life issues, there have been some bumps along the way, but I have to say it has been VERY successful for a pbp. Umiushi is the DM, and runs a VERY good game.
