Top of what? Hmmm... hard to miss because I never saw such a feature, nor did I use it. Is there a point... other than at the top of your head? (old school humor, like a dunce cap) laugh man ... just a joke!

Found near the bottom of the page to quickly get you to the top of same page.

It's all the way down in the bottom green bar where you find "Contact Us" and "Archive".

Agreed. It seems like something that would fit next to the Quick Reply button, or in that area at least.
