Pathfinder group in Palms, Ca, near Palms & Overland, actually closer to Keystone & Rose. There are 5 of us that are the core of the group, (2 of which DM regularly) with any number of other players dropping in from time to time, We're always on the lookout for more players to join in on the fun.

Monday nights from about 7 til midnight, We mostly do one night on and one night off, so the following Monday night we might play another D20 Modern, a 1 shot Pathfinder module or Society game, Fantasy Craft, Arkham Asylum, Dominion, Battle Star Galactica board game, Gamma world or pretty much anything else.

Occasionally, we get together on other nights for gaming since we all live in the Culver City/Palms area of Los Angeles.

We're all over 25 and in the 30's and have played the games for decades, very loose and nonjudgmental.

We're currently on the last book of the Council of Thieves AP and should be finished with that within the next couple of weeks. Then we will take a short break and start up the Kingmaker Adventure path.

Our character generation for Kingmaker has raised some eyebrows on the Paizo boards as we're generating characters based on the 3D6 in order or 'Hand of God' method. It should be interesting and fun. If we all die horribly I'm sure this will be revised.

Several of us are active on the Paizo boards and more can be found

Or simply post here or contact me :) I look forward to rolling dice with any and all of you.

Hi, I am in LA, not too far from Culver City. Also in my 30's, married (wife does not game but tolerates) and have RP'd for [ahem]teen years.

I have the Pathfinder core, but have only played it a bit. Never done Pathfinder society, so I guess would have to start out at 1st level (?)

Monday nights are often good, but I have a pretty erratic schedule and wouldn't be able to commit to an every-single-week type of thing. All that said, I'd love to get together a couple times a month with you guys. I could commit to some impromptu off-night games to get a character caught up in level (for a PF Society game).

Please let me know if that's agreeable. Email is geekomancer at gmail

Thanks!
j

Apologies Geekomancer for not responding sooner, my gmail filter wasn't set up for updates from this thread.

We're mainly concentrating on the Kingmaker Adventure path and have two sessions of that down so far. Not many of us are playing the Pathfinder Society games, though I can point you in several directions of multiple games.

We're pretty full up regarding the Adventure path, I think we're rolling with 7 regular players right now and a possible 8th, though one of the regulars might step out thus dropping us back to 7, which is fairly heavy for a group.

I know there are several groups in the area and I could post up or email you some contact info regarding them.

Hello Hmelrose (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/member.php/14617-Hmelrose)

I was wondering if you are still looking for new players for your group?

I recently moved to to the Palms area (near Overland & Venice) and was looking to find a new gaming group to join.

I don't have much experience with the pathfinder/DnD system (most of my background is in more gritty modern-day games) but I always like to learn a new system.

Hope to hear from you soon

Andrew

Hi, any chance you are still looking for players? I live right near Rancho Park and your game sounds quite fun!

Apologies for not being active on this board, I'm in the process of moving out of state. However; The Pathfinder group is still active and near the 405 & I-10, contact prestonp (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/member.php/5233-prestonp) on here. There are 3 players that are the core of the group, (Two of which DM regularly and the third is more than willing.) with any number of other players dropping in from time to time, They're always on the lookout for more players to join in on the fun.

Thursday nights from about 7 til midnight, They mostly do one night on and one night off, so the following Monday night they might play another D20 Modern, a 1 shot Pathfinder module or Society game, Fantasy Craft, Arkham Asylum, Dominion, Battle Star Galactica board game, Gamma world or pretty much anything else.

Occasionally, we get together on other nights for gaming since we all live in the Venice/Culver City/Palms/Santa Monica area of Los Angeles.

We're all in the 30's or older and have played the games for decades, very loose and nonjudgmental.

We're currently in the Kingmaker Adventure path at level 8. Our character generation for Kingmaker has raised some eyebrows on the Paizo boards as we're generating characters based on the 3D6 in order or 'Hand of God' method. It has been interesting and fun. If we all die horribly I'm sure this will be revised, but so far, none of us have completely died and we're finding that our low ability scores don't really hinder our ability to complete the objectives.

The paizo board link above should be still active or a good place to reach others in the area as well as several facebook groups.
