View Full Version : Face The Fire Of The Dark Sun!

We are an eclectic, creative, rag-tag group of mutants, geeks,
and laid-back weirdo gamers! Here is what you (should you
decide to join, that is) are up against;

"The Temperature Rises...the Burning-sun sears...Its' time to
Face the Fire of the DARK SUN!"

A call to heroes has been sent forth across the sun-blasted D&D
3.5 world of Athas. Running another infamous, blood-soaked,
slave-whipping, templar-killing good time on the burning
campaign world of the DARK SUN. I promise violence, I promise
blood, I promise treachery and death!

The campaign a character-driven desert wilderness foray, with
plenty of inter-party Role-Playing, skill use, ancient
dungeon/ruin crawls, and great heaping servings of blood & guts
for all you hack n' slashers...

Dark Sun is set on the desert world of Athas once a blue
paradise-planet teeming with life, but which has since been
stripped of its fertility by uncontrolled use of magic. It is a
sun-burnt land forsaken by the gods, water, and hope. In short,
Athas is a perilous world of sand and blood. A place where
slavery, death, gladiatorial bloodshed and eternal mental
bondage are a commonplace. A magically-induced desert wasteland
that cares little for its' unfortunate children. Where the most
heroic and "powerful" warrior can be reduced to a cringing heap
of ash not from a mighty spell, but from mere starvation and
hunger. A post-apocalyptic nightmare where only the truly
strong and cunning have any chance to survive.

I will be capping the PC group at seven, so hurry!

We will be gaming in Redondo Beach. Our next session will take
place Saturday, April 7th, 2007, at 3pm and lasting until the
wee hours of the morning.

Write back if still interested and leave a number where you
could be reached as well.
