Adding to the original post -- here are the descriptions of the games available at Dark Carnival:

Game Synopsis per session:

First Session (Noon to 4:00pm):

Bad Dreams (NWoD Core Rules): Lord Byron Guffield is having bad dreams. He is being cased by an unseen force that only acknowledges its presence by a mournful howl that seems to be getting louder and louder, and closer and closer. He is also being hunted by an unseen presence in his house. Can you help Lord Guffield before he totally loses his sanity? Can you get to the bottom of the mystery before its too late?

The Seasons of the Hunted (NWoD Changeling): Welcome back through the Hedge. Life has changed since you were home.YOU have changed since then. At least you think so. All you know for sure is that most of your memory is jumbled and that you are running from something, something who wants to pull you back into its own world. Welcome to Changeling. Be prepared, and hope not to be found again.

Law of the Jungle (OWoD Werewolf background, using the FATE system): Description coming soon!

With A Song in My Heart (NWoD Innocents): Everyone at school loves the new music teacher: Otherteachers are swooning for him, the girls all have a crush and even the guys find him likable. On a field trip, the characters find themselves in trouble and are now being ushered home by this new addition to the school.

Second Session (5:00pm to 9:00pm):

Home Among Freaks (NWoD Core Rules): Welcome to the Harrington Brothers Traveling Carnival. Sure, its not fancy like one of the bigger outfits and maybe the tents are a little frayed in spots. Under the twinkling lights of evening, folks come from miles around to be entertained. And let me tell you, every last one of them walks away with a smile on their face.
For those of us

Shattered Twilight (NWoD Mage): A cabal of archeomancers came into your city to investigate some old ruins found in the subway tunnel. Twelve hours later, all communications with the cabal was lost and a hole appeared in the Twilight. Ghosts and other ephemeral entities have poured into the streets and are threatening the Veil. A Magister approached you, and requested that you find out what happened, and to reseal the breech. The Twilight, the Veil, and the fate of the archeomancers are in your hands.

Lunch Box - "Spam Planet" (NWoD Dogs of War): In a continuation of the Zombie Apocalypse game, the soldiers assigned to Bradley Fighting Unit Delta-7 must fight their way into the Hormel Plant to rescue the hostages being held within. This game will be heavy on the cinematic action and somewhat light-hearted. Bullets will fly, brains will be eaten, and hopefully no one will end up in a blue and yellow tin!

Dracula Encounter (NWoD Hunter): Count Dracula, a centuries-old vampire, sorcerer and Transylvanian nobleman, has learned of a plot by Van Helsing and company to destroy him. Dracula takes revenge by visiting—and biting— Mina, a woman that the stalwart men have vowed to protect. Dracula also feeds Mina his blood, creating a spiritual bond between them to control her. The only way to forestall the doomed woman's transformation into another vampire is to kill Dracula first. It is a race against time to save the lovely Mina from her perilious fate by slaying the sinester Count in his own sanctuary.
