I've been doing a little browsing over at DriveThruRPG and I see what looks to be like a lot of quality 4E third party content. I'm seeing adventures/campaigns/settings, fanzines/magazines, new base content (feats, races, etc...), and new rules additions. I'm curious what third party content other gamers are buying and if there is any content folks strongly recommend to grab/avoid. Any feedback on the topic would be most appreciated http://forum.rpg.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

My personal favorites are the Combat Advantage e-zine, as well as the condition markers and effects tracker. the last 2 I like as a DM due to all the bloody effects and conditions in the 4E game. I routinely go to Drive thru and browse the fantasy section for all D&D material.

The only third party products I've looked at are the adventure modules from Goodman Games. Those have been really good, very detailed with lots of room to add new things to the module or adapt it to your campaign.
