Hey Gamers of every Race, Class, Alignment, and Chromosomal Composition!

Outland Station (comic and gaming store - Miami, FL) is now hosting a public D&D Scales of War Campaign every Thursday from 6:00pm - 11:00pm, free of charge, in our store!

Most of you are probably familiar with D&D 4th Edition, Scales of War, etc., but just in case (from our Facebook page - www.facebook.com/OutlandStation (http://www.facebook.com/OutlandStation)):

What is D&D Scales of War / General Summary:
Scales of War is a pre-made Dungeon and Dragons Campaign (series of adventures), designed to allow participating characters to go from Level 1 to Level 30 (Epic Level). When the campaign begins, players may come with a Level 1 character already made or a few minutes early so that our DM (Dungeon Master or "referee"), Raul Santos, can help them make a character. Later on in the campaign, new players may still join in, but will have to make a character of a higher level (Raul, or Jennifer Foss, will still be able to help you.)

FYI - At this time there are no restrictions on what kind of character you can make. Also, as opposed to a D&D Encounters event (for those of you familiar with these events), there will be more of an opportunity to roleplay (or to act out) your character, for those of you who love to do so! (If you're more into fights though, don't worry, we'll still have plenty of those!)

So, if you are interested in trying out D&D or are just looking for a chance to play/meet other players, come on out Thursday nights!!!

Setting Summary:
The Red Hand of Doom, a band of Hobgoblins that threatened the Elsir Vale, were defeated at Brindol by a band of heroes twenty years ago. However, Brindol faces danger once again - a danger that will lay the foundation for a vast campaign, spanning an entire empire! Will Brindol once again be saved?...

-Characters are currently Level 1, but should level up to 3rd at the end of next session (27 May).
-We had a turn out of about 10 for our first session, but are happy to have more. As the group grows:

The current group of 10 will remain together, and new participants will be placed into additional groups of no more than 10 (but realistically, no more than perhaps 6) as necessary.
All groups will be running parallel sessions with their own individual DMs.

-Also, for those of you interested in Magic the Gathering, if we get at least an extra 2 people to attend this, or any of our other public events, we will finally meet all the requirements necessary to begin to officially offer Friday Night Magic! We will also receive D&D Books ~2 months before release date to sell at the store!
-Be sure to also check out our D&D Encounters Dark Sun Campaign on Facebook and at:

Hope to see you all there!!!!
