Spell Like Abilities and Specialist Wizards

If a race has spell-like abilities and starts as a specialized wizard which bans a school that some of the SLAs are in does he then lose the ability to use those SLAs?

I'm getting ready to play a pixie illusionist with the banned schools of evocation and enchantment. Does the pixie lose the ability to use his special arrows (memory or sleep), lesser confusion, dancing lights and irresistible dance?

No those are inborn qualities of the race and are only spell-LIKE.
The illusionist would be unable to learn to cast them as a wizard but it is an innate ability of it's race to use those powers.
