Scrying

Is it just like television around the 'target' or does the spell only centre on the target?

For example:

Let's say I am being scried upon:
A/ TV:
They see me typing on a computer and I satrt talking with my coworker - who answers me.
B/ Centre:
They see me typing on a computer talking with myself.

Which way?

From the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/scrying.htm):

"If the save fails, you can see and hear the subject and the subject’s immediate surroundings (approximately 10 feet in all directions of the subject). If the subject moves, the sensor follows at a speed of up to 150 feet."
