I know of about 3 comics that involve D&D....
D&dorks
DM of the rings
8-bit theater (redmage = d&d know it all)

any others that are good?

Order of the Stick (http://www.giantitp.com), though I haven't read it in years.

Penny Arcade (http://www.penny-arcade.com) (often NSFW) occasionally deals in the game. (The difference between Gabe's and Tycho's views on their players is hai-larious.)

Was about to give raving recommendations to Order of the Stick but see that Sascha has already beat me to it. :)

OotS and 8-bit Theater are two of the better webcomics I've read in any genre.

There are occasional references in pvponline (http://www.pvponline.com), since Scott Kurtz dabbles in D&D.

While not strictly a gameing comic www.somethingpositive.net (http://www.somethingpositive.net) often refrences rpgs. In fact Randy has even went so far as to host certain 3.0 Creature Stat's back in the day. And has done many gaming arcs.

As a warning it is not for the easily offended.

Penny Arcade has a huge following, great community, it also has arcade games on the xbox.
