So, I was looking at my campaign and I said to it "Campaign, you really need to have maps of cities where the PCs are."
It replied "Sorry, my developers didn't get that far. So what are you going to do about it mighty GM?"
So I thought and pondered and searched, and came across a nifty idea. Map making software! Genius, I said to myself. So then I went searching for a way to make it happen.
There's some pretty nifty stuff out there. Like this (http://www.profantasy.com/) which is amazing, especially the city making add on, or whatever.
Then I looked at the price, and nearly killed all my players and the campaign in one fell swoop since I was nearly killed by the evil price devil.
So I've got three questions:
1. What is your opinion of map making software in general? Good, bad, don't care, etc...
2. What would be a reasonable price to pay for decent map making software?
3. Does anybody know decent map making software that one might be able to procure for free?
Let me know. Thanks!
