A friend of mine came up with an idea for a Noir flavored "Cat Game" Everyone plays cats in a normal city. They are small creatures in the larger world doing human like things oblivious and ignored by the larger Humans around them. Kind of "The Great Mouse Detective (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091149/)" but centered on cats and set in a Noir setting.

Then we ran into this Youtube video that we have to admit would be the idea introduction to the game.

i don't fit very well into a noir setting... but then again, i don't fit many places at all. ^^ interesting idea. reminds me of a few books, which i will forbore from mentioning.

The oddness of the who thing appeals to me, but I've been a long time fan of things like e.e. cummings "Shinbone Alley" I found the play "Cats" charming. The ability to look at the Human world in a twisted reflection played out by the simple creatures around us.

I have not been about to find the posts describing this game, I intend to keep looking.
