Before your party's first adventure into the stronghold, I will to impart "background knowledge" from rumors or legends known call something to wet the appetite.
1. There is a ruby as large as a dwarf‘s fist just waiting to be taken.
2.The very walls in the stronghold speak to visitors.
3.The stronghold has two levels.
After talking to a few friends and giving it some thought I have decided to give 4e a try as a DM and I plan on starting a play by post game.
Starting A Character
To create a new character first select a class and race you would like to play then grab and fill out a character sheet (http://dnd4.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/4th-edition-character-sheet.pdf). The starting level will be first. After you’ve selected your class and race, you should generate the core stats for your character. I am using the 32 point-buy system and all characters start off with max hps.
Allowed Classes in Game:
1.Cleric
2.Fighter
3.Paladin
4.Ranger
5.Rouge
6.Wizard
Allowed Races in Game:
1.Human
2.Dwarf
3.Elf
4.Halfling
5.Half-Elf
6.Gnome
7.Half-Orc
I figure posting will be Monday-Friday at no later than 6 p.m. est. Now the I plan this game to be more of a rules-lite so all you 4e rules lawyers you know who you are this game may not be for you. The goal I hope mind you this is my first 4e game is to be more geared to fun than this rule and that. So be prepared to see me adjust where I see fit as fun outweighs fact to me.
