I did? Oh, so I did. I was going through my dice to find the squarest one then making a funny :)

What we really need to do is roll the standard 6 stats.

S: 6,5,4,2 -2 = 15
I: 6,5,3,1 -1 = 14
W: 6,4,3,1 -1 = 13
D: 6,6,2,1 -1 = 14
C: 6,3,1,1 -1 = 10
Ch: 6,6,5,5 -5 = 17

Woah, great dice rolls. :)

Hey Carl, glad to see another that knows the true order of stats.

D20: 18

Str: 18
Int: 13
Wis: 9
Dex: 14
Con: 17, cool
Chr: 9

All stats rolled using 4d6, reroll the 1.

Feel free to roll however you usually roll, or just roll a D20 if time is short.

Next...?

Killer thread Thoth! At last, a place for people with IQs below 20 and those of us on qualudes to post!

(Hmmm...guess that would include me)

Oh, and I rolled a d20 but rolled it off the table and I'm too wasted to bend over and pick it up. :(

Str:5,5,3,4 -3= 14
int:6,1,6,4-1=14
wis:5,2,1,3-1=10
dex:4,6,3,5= 15
con: 1,6,5,1 = 12
cha:1,4,5,6-1=15

guess I would be a rogue.... or a bard...

Just cuz I know this will make you happy Thoth, Aces and Eights almost uses that order, because it has an extra stat. That game (which has a lot of influence in some places from older D&D) uses:
Str
Int
Wis
Dex
Con
Looks
Cha

Inserting looks before Charisma makes sense in that game because Looks has a bearing on charisma, and if your Looks score changes, it'll affect your charisma immediately. Best way to change someone's Looks score? A bullet to the face does nicely for that one. The scar left by that can drop someone's Looks by up to 3 points, provided they even survive.

how much does a shave and a haircut effect looks?

korhal23

It costs 25 cents. :) No effect on looks though.

NONE?! when I get a haircut it makes me look 5 years younger! ((22-5 = 17))

Not by the book there isn't any effect. Not to say you couldn't houserule it. That said, the best haircut in the world won't make someone more attractive... but a bad one or a lack of one can probably hurt them lol

I don't know dude, the ones that cover part of people's faces sure do help sometimes!

Less terrifying, sure. But more attractive?

touche'.....

ok I'm giving this rolling thing another go, I don't want to be a rogue or a bard!

str: 6,3,5,6-3=17
int:6,6,5,5-5=17
wis:6,4,4,3-3=14
dex:5,3,6,3-3=14
con:5,3,5,5-3=15
cha:3,3,6,6-3=15

wow, that's much better!
