Check out this new article from the Daily Illuminator that Steve Jackson Games posted:

June 11, 2009: Vorkosigan Coming Very, Very Soon (http://www.sjgames.com/ill/archives.html?m=June&y=2009&d=11)

How soon? Today soon!

The last piece of art was approved, placed, and proofed. The book is nearly ready to send to the printer. (Curse you, job order paperwork!) But everything needed for the content is done . . . so we'll be releasing Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan Saga Sourcebook and Roleplaying Game (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/vorkosigan/) in PDF later today on e23 (http://e23.sjgames.com).

This sourcebook has been in the pipeline for a while, but honestly, that isn't the driving force behind our eagerness to release it. Take a glance at the table of contents, and you'll see the real reason: this is perhaps the most complete GURPS (http://gurps.sjgames.com) book we've ever published.

Other settings have included GURPS Lite (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/lite/) as an appendix; few have had a version customized as thoroughly as this one has. Other books have included weapons, armor, and ships, but none before has included the quick and easy Spaceships (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/spaceships/) system for generating new ships, letting GMs create vessels new to the campaign or adapt those from the novels. Nearly two dozen worlds, half a dozen ships, and over two dozen characters, as well as a timeline, technology notes, and adventure seeds -- everything a Miles fan would want to run a game, or any science-fiction aficionado would need to introduce them to the world of Vorkosigan.

I could go on for hours, but it's best to see for yourself. The file will be uploaded once everyone gets into the office this morning; we'll update this post as soon as we do. The full-color hardcover will ship to your friendly local game store in October.
