Plenty of Dwarven Goodiness found within.

Doomstones Campaign(1-4) for WFRP, DnD. Have you played it?

You're probably wondering why i added dnd into the title? Well, it was originally written as a dnd campaign, but in the end was altered. I loved this campaign, but of course, i had to do some altering, as all good DM's do. Oh, and yes, i did alter it back to dnd, just to see how it played out with my gaming group. It was a hit!

So my question to you is: Has any of you ever played this famous campaign, and if so, what were your thoughts?

What share you?

Here's a couple of links to help jog your memory, after all.

I got the chance to play that campaign after a long advancement path up to and through playing in Castle Drackenfelds.

The onyl PCs to have survived the Doomstones when we went through were my Wardancing Priest, a kick ass wizard of Malal/Solican, we went through to find the staff to free his wife and turn him from chaos to Law, and In alchemist. Before we started the campaign I think the lowest level XP in th group though was like 2500, so we were fairly advanced party, and of the 6 startingt out only 3 of the original characters survived. The other 3 killed I do not remember their new characters since few of them made a good enough backstory for me to remember.

50% death rate, that sounds about right. Just one more reason i love this game. Thanks for your response, gajenx.

I think the most annoying part of the game was when we had a half blood dragon vamp. die at the "boss" of the send book and then rise right back up to attack us, almost killing another 2 members until one of the fighter types got to him. I think I ended up killing his character for the final death. He was pissed to find out that a wardancer in the old rules was one of the top 2 fighter classes a person could be. he thought he was number 1 until then, and it pissed him so off.
