Looking for Article on Spells

I recently came accross an article in the WoC 3.5 archives (I think) that provided guidance on Wizards choosing spells as they progressed. Now, I need it and can't find it.

dragon mag had an article about that. check out the dragondex (http://www.aeolia.net/dragondex) to find it.

first thing that comes to mind is the "with class" series of articles.... i'm not finding much else at this time... i'll have to poke around some more.

the only thing like that i can think of is the feat progression in i believe is the phb2
