The hottest cartoon women i have ever seen drawn, by far, were the women in the animated movie Fire and Ice. Oh lord!

Btw, an excellent movie to rent or own. All kidding aside, absolutely a fantastic flick.

Thoth you gotta check out Inuyasha if you like anime girls. 3 girls on that show are waaaaaay hotter then at least 10 girls on that list. (Kikyo, Kagura, & Kagome). PLus the show is awesome anyways..

Inuyasha was pretty good in the beginning but it gets really repetitive x.x but still enjoyable to watch

If the list wasn't limited to nostalgia, makes me wonder how Jessica Rabbit <insert your own anatomy joke> to characters drawn after the early-Nineties. I'm not convinced she'd still be a gimme for top honors, 'specially with Cowboy Bebop's Faye Valentine, Suzumiya Haruhi's Asahina Mikuru and Fullmetal Alchemist's Lust eligible.
