A quick spin around the interwebs reveals to me that most gamers in my area are looking to play 5th edition D&D. Which is not my game of choice. So I have to wonder: should I be looking outside my area? Who has had better luck finding an online game than an in-person game? Or a better...

Hey All, So I'm looking for 3-4 players who want to join me for an epic game set in the Dresden Files universe. Games I run tend to be Roleplay heavy and I encourage interesting characters. I'm really excited about this game, so if you're interested, please let me know! I want to run this game...

January 9th, 2014 It's been 3 years since Harry Dresden, his allies, and members of the White Council went to Chichan Itza and faced off against the vampires of the Red Court. The end result was the complete annihilation of the Red Court. In the time since, the supernatural world has been...

Hi Malk0lm, I'm enjoying it, too, so I'm glad you feel the same. I don't worry too much about escalation; group cohesion is the single most important thing to me as a player, and Umiushi's games tend to attract like-minded players. I've mentioned in other contexts (not sure how recently here)...

HTML5 is still not working for people doing Android. Something about 906 and it says connecting but then it just resets. Both Lazarus and jb105 have reported this as having NOT been fixed after Faracaster was in the other day and fixed the majority of HTML5.

I love the way Nox and Rogur's relationship is forming! However as a player I just want to make sure that it doesn't escalate to the point of harming cohesion. Sitting here at my computer I'm not sure how far Rogur will go, to the point of starting a fight, or if it would be more like mean-spirited...

Nox stands there in silence letting the dimwitted sailor have his say. Nox does not move as Rogur walks away. Without thinking he releases his hold on the fireball with a snap. At the same time Nox commands his mage hand to snake out across the ground. He points his finger at a mossy creeper and...

I vote for 3 days--from a narrative standpoint, it feels just about the right length of time to recover, but keep the urgency of the story (we are after all in the middle of a war, and the party now has a specific goal in mind--3 weeks feels a bit long to be resting and considering our next move)....

Yeah if you want to run a true "Supers" setting, it would be highly beneficial to grab the Super Powers Companion 2e. It really is a game changer and more adaptive to those settings than the AB in SWD. Magic isn't even the same and is covered under the power "Super Sorcery". If you need help...
